COME HOME TO YOURSELF
Cultivate a practice that invites you back to your innate inner wisdom as a trusted guide through life’s inevitable twists and turns
Most of us are not taught foundational skills for living whole and well
Living Today
The most common wish at the end of life is to have lived more true to oneself.
In today’s world, we can easily lose touch with ourselves. We may be impacted by our personal experiences, families, and cultures in ways that disconnect us from our inner worlds and make it harder to sense and trust our own knowing.
We push down parts of us that we believe are unacceptable or too much to feel alone, while other parts work overtime trying to keep us from feeling rejected or overwhelmed by pain, disrupting natural harmony and flow of curiosity, compassion, and creativity within.
So many of us move from day to day “like a great tree with our roots in the air,” cut off from the deep wisdom of our bodies, hearts, spirits, and earth.
But, it is never too late for any of us to come home to ourselves.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a pathway back to our innate inner wisdom as a trusted guide throughout life
An IFS Learning Journey
Internal Family Systems (IFS) invites us to reconnect with ourselves, each other, our earth, and something bigger.
Cultivate an IFS practice of your own that welcomes you back home - to a place of loving attention and care - again and again throughout life.
Enjoy sacred space and support to learn and practice skills at the heart of living your truest, freest life - one deeply rooted in who you are and what matters most to you.
Together, we will explore ways to:
Shift your attention inside
Notice what is present (e.g., thoughts, feelings, sensations, images)
Discover parts of you
Get to know and learn from your parts
Build a trusting relationship with and among parts
Listen to and care for parts in your daily life
Help parts let go of heavy burdens that they carry so that they may more fully express their gifts
Cultivate your own IFS practice with sacred space and support

My inspiration stems from my own profound IFS learning journey
My Story
I have come to see Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a life or spiritual practice that support us all in living more whole and well from my own IFS learning journey.
When I first experienced IFS as part of my own therapy, it radically shifted the way I saw myself and the world around me. It soon became a lens that helped me better understand my day to day experiences - both inside and out. I saw so many opportunities for IFS to help us better navigate everyday life, individually and collectively. I started to wonder about what the world might look like if more of us learned and practiced IFS in our families, schools, and workplaces. I longed to engage in this way more than just the hour of week with my therapist. This curiosity led me on a magical learning journey of my own. I trained in IFS and built friendships where we could really hold space for one another. I shared IFS with my friends and family and saw how it deepened our relationships. I participated in more group IFS experiences and began stitching together a beautiful fabric of humans who walk through life together.
It feels like we are re-rooting ourselves in beautiful ways that help us trust ourselves and the world a little more amidst the complexity of living on this planet, with inherent uncertainty (and synchronicity) and inescapable pain (and joy).
All are welcome - those just starting and those continuing their IFS learning journey

Get support navigating a life transition (e.g., career, relationship)

While I believe IFS can be widely valuable to most of us, I appreciate that there are times in life when we might need something different for what we are facing.
If you’re not sure if this is right for you at this moment, I am happy to connect and explore this together. If you need something else right now, I will do what I can to support you in finding a better fit.
