Helping people learn and grow in ways that help us all live truer, freer lives is at the heart of my life and work
Laura Onelio
I am passionate about helping us all live more deeply rooted in who we really are inside. I believe that most of us are finding it harder and harder to experience what we perhaps most need as humans - a deep sense of belonging that makes us feel seen, heard, loved, and cared for just as we are. I foster spaces that make it easier for us to individually and collectively expand our capacity to connect to ourselves, each other, and something bigger as the foundation to living whole and well.
I have a wealth of Internal Family Systems (IFS) expertise with 10 years of practice in a wide variety of settings
I am an IFS Practitioner who believes that engaging in my own deep practice is essential to guiding IFS learning journeys for others.
